In Arizona, alimony/Spousal Support isn’t automatically granted. It’s determined on a case-by-case basis.
Generally, it’s considered for those who might need support to transition into financial stability, like a stay-at-home parent re-entering the workforce or someone facing significant hardship. Alimony/Spousal Support can be temporary, like during the divorce process, or long-term, and in rare cases, indefinite.
